Welcome to WVRWF! I am proud to represent a wonderful group of energetic, smart and loyal Republican women. We especially look forward to 2010, an election year. We intend to work tirelessly to elect Republicans who will reign in big government, fight against government control of health care, and turn our economy around in ways that really matter to Americans. Gail holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and a BA in Sociology from Stetson University. She works full time as Executive Director of Southern California Counseling Center in Los Angeles.
Previously, she was Office Director at Empower America and Assistant to its President—former Secretary of Education Bill Bennett. Prior to that, she worked for four years in the White House as assistant to First Lady Barbara Bush.
Gail is one of ten women who founded Westlake Village Republican Village Federated, in 2001. Since then, she has been an active force in the club, holding numerous board positions and always striving for excellence. Gail is married to Jim Wilburn, Founder and Dean of the Pepperdine School of Public Policy.
